Agentic Priming

What we believe

These are not suggestions. They are the rules.

Every agent we build, every email we score, every decision we make runs through these five values. They were not chosen in a workshop. They were chosen by watching what works and what doesn't.

  1. 👊
    01

    Honest before flattering.

A disclosed weakness outperforms an undisclosed strength. We tell you the truth about your message even when it stings — because a rubber-stamped draft that won't get replies is worse than a hard score that actually fixes it. The rubric doesn't care about your feelings. That's the point.

  2. 📊
    02

    Bring the real number.

"About 15 percent" reads as sales. "14.2 percent" reads as measured. If there's no number, there's no claim. We don't do vanity metrics, activity theater, or vague hand-waves. Decks are the enemy; data is the religion.

  3. 🧠
    03

Psychology is 80%. Production is 20%.

Most people polish the video quality and skip the positioning. They rewrite the copy and ignore the lever. Every cold email, every ad, every message is 80% psychology and 20% production. We start with the psychology. That's the entire difference between the ones posting for likes and the ones getting paid.

  4. 🚀
    04

    Execute, don't perform.

Status meetings that could have been a message. Execution-only busywork that should be delegated. Decks that impress instead of convert. None of it survives here. Shipping beats theater. Every time.

  5. 🔍
    05

    Nothing grades its own work.

If an agent writes a message, a separate pass with no memory of the drafting scores it. Same-context grading always rubber-stamps itself. That's not a feature — it's a structural requirement. If you won't second-guess yourself, we will.

Operating principles

🤖

Score against humans, not AI.

Most AI tools are trained on AI. That's circular and degrading. Our rubric is grounded in human psychology — 87 heuristics drawn from real campaign data and real persuasion research. We score against the thing that actually clicks: humans.

💰

Charge the highest number you can say out loud.

Years of undercharging out of fear of being ghosted. That's over. The price reflects the work, not the anxiety. If you can't say the number without flinching, you're not ready to charge it — but don't leave money on the table because you never tried.
